Finishing touches....
After a pause in blogging we are back...
We have made strides in finishing the shop. All construction is now complete and we anticipate the filters arriving next week along with the sand and lighting so we should be ready for fish in a week or so. We added the POS system and after some internet and telephone provider issues we were able to finally get connected. The new email is finatics@frontier.com and the new shop telephone is 1-509-737-9777.
We are starting to populate the counter library with back issues of our tropical fish magazines and fish identification posters.
Here is a view of the completed sales counter area.
We are also populating the sales floor as you can see there will be a small area to sit and observe the larger tank once it gets installed next week.
Here is the flat screen TV that we will be showing tropical fish videos on
This large black (Plastic)wall above the fish room will have fish nets and decorations of various tropical fish.
This is a view of the fish room showing how the LED lighting will look.
A second view of the LED lighting.
Joshua is helping daddy with the shop vac. :)
This is the new R/O system it can produce 150 gpd of Reverse Osmosis water, we are making currently about 45 gpd. Heating it to 80f.
This is the fish bagging station.

Were getting very close to the end....
The stands are finished now, Delores Compos is 90% done with making curtains and the front area product stands are now being painted. (Black N Blue)
Miguel Compos buffed the floor for me tonight.
He and his wife also donated a microwave so we can nuke food!
Tomorrow,
I start installing the pvc for the air system and Sunday afternoon the
Angel Gomez starts to wire the stands for electricity, so we are very much into the home stretch!

and the painting begins...
Today we began painting the stands Onyx Black. After looking at these pictures I think I got more paint on the floor than on the stands...
Tomorrow the PVC for the air system and the electrician begins installing the outlets for the heaters and lighting.
Once that is complete we will begin to install the tanks!

The face plates are now on all of the stands, the top area will be covered by a curtain.
The faces of the stands are all even and the stands have a nice clean look, they are very sturdy and stable.
The top area above where the tank is located will be covered by a roll up curtain.
Clean up begins tomorrow!
