Fish Order #1

Today we received our first fish order.
Some of the more unique fish are pictured but, we have many more! In this sampling we have: This is a Redtailed Loach. We also received Sumo Loaches, Batik Loaches  and some unique Plecos too!
 This is a Rosy Loach.
Another picture of the Rosy loach, this species is from S.E. Asia.
This is Badis badis, a small and interesting fish, they are known as the Chameleon fish.
The catfish in the back is Synodontis multipuntatus  the "Cuckoo" Catfish. The Corydoras in the front of the shot is Corydoras semiaqualius, A large and semi aggressive species of Corydoras.
These little guys are a 3 spot micro Rasbora. We stock micro fish for our nano tanks, they can be housed in tiny tanks and we will offer a variety of micro fish and Nano and Pico tanks. (Tanks under 5 gallons) We also have Betta's and cool bowls and vases so you can create a beautiful Betta bowl to take home.
This is a spotted hillstream loach . These guys are really cool! They stick to the glass and look like miniature stingrays.
This is Herbert Axelrod's tetra, the Cardinal Tetra, and we have some beautiful ones!
The fish on the top of the filter are Elegant Algae eating Gobies, the males are super colorful and neat to watch.
The Ghost - Glass catfish are also a fan favorite and we have some really nice ones including some rather large ones.
We stocked our front display tank with some wild Peruvian Silver Angelfish. They are large and majestic fish to watch.
Thanks for checking out the Blog and be sure to stop by the store Monday to see the fish and take some home.....
